Comparison of in-line ore analyzers

Flow ore analyzers have become widespread throughout the world among enterprises in the field of mining and processing of mineral raw materials. Their use makes it possible to obtain data on the composition of raw materials in real time directly on conveyors, without sampling, which makes it possible to quickly manage the technological process.

Based on the type of excitation source of the substance under study, all flow analyzers can be divided into 4 types:

  • devices with an X-ray tube;
  • radioisotope;
  • laser;
  • neutron.

The radioisotope analyzer is the ARP-1Ts device , manufactured by Tekhnoanalitpribor LLC, Moscow.

Below is a comparative table of characteristics of flow analyzers depending on the type of excitation source.
