But due to the large area of illumination and continuous, in-line analysis, we get representative data. There is scientific justification and practical evidence that proves that a representative analysis does not require measuring the entire thickness of the layer.

Unlike portable and laboratory X-ray analyzers, the area of the illuminated spot is much larger and ranges from 50 cm2 to 200 cm2, depending on the task. This is one of the factors that allows you to provide a representative analysis, without shining through the ore to the full depth.

The service life of radionuclide sources is 15 years.

The instrument is calibrated once during commissioning. Further, the calibration of the device can be supplemented when the type of ore changes.

Yes, as a rule, a separate program for each analyzer is opened on one computer. If one control point fails, all other control points continue to work. This is one of the advantages of our analyzer.

The analyzer can cut into the pulp line and be installed above the gutters. In the pulp, the depth of analysis is more than 5 mm - approximately a few centimeters, depending on the density and composition of the pulp.

It is possible to conduct industrial tests on commercial conditions.

As a rule, the analyzer is tested on your ore with a known concentration (there are 2-3 trays next to the analyzer). Or check the accuracy of calibration based on a sample with a high Zn content.

As a rule, it is necessary to supplement the calibration if the factory starts receiving ore from a new deposit, with a radically different mineralogical composition.
